Campground Overview:
Alpine Divide Campground is tucked away in a picturesque setting at the foot of Escudilla Mountain in a cool, quiet grove of ponderosa pines. Its convenient location makes it a good base for travel throughout the area.
Campsites:
Alpine Divide Campground is adjacent to the Coronado Trail Scenic Byway (US Rt. 191). It is a good location for day trips to the Blue Range Primitive Area, viewing petroglyphs along the Blue River and Escudilla Wilderness. The campground stretches out along a meadow with sites nestled under mature Ponderosa pines upon a grassy understory. Only four campsites available at this time due to construction. 12 single-unit sites.
