The Grand Canyon National Park region stretches from the northwestern region of Arizona down to the I-40, which divides the northern part of the state. To the west is the border with Nevada and to the east is the city of Page, AZ and the Navajo Nation. The main towns include the Grand Canyon Village and Fredonia.
This area is defined by the breathtaking, Grand Canyon. The canyon and adjacent rims are contained within Grand Canyon National Park, the Kaibab National Forest, the Grand Canyon-Parashant National Monument, the Hualapai Indian Reservation, and the Havasupai Indian Reservation. Some of the world’s best camping can be found within this region.
